Flatbread workshop

Learn the secrets to making MSEMEN: the well known moroccan flatbread. Together with the women of La Fourna, you will knead, fold and roll out the dough into very thin layers. While the msemens are resting and rising, wemake vegetarian fillings. Finally, we bake the msemens, and do a tasting. 

The first one will take place on Saturday 20th of April, but more will follow!
