La Fourna

La Fourna - Bread made by strong women - is a lunch spot and catering company that focuses on the emancipation of women with a migration background making flatbread from other cultures. The objective is to highlight and valorise the know-how that they carry with them - the recipes, preparation methods, and knowledge of special ingredients. From old traditions and family recipes, the women of La Fourna are putting new dishes on the menu, which are colourful and full of flavour, always vegetarian and often vegan, thus building a better future together.

La Fourna will operate a modular base in TRACK in addition to its existing locations in Tour & Taxis and the Zennebar. From Spring 2024, the kitchen will be open to visitors. Come and discover TRACK through La Fourna's delicious preparations!
